| The Bungalow - sleeps 4. One king size bed and two twin beds. Heat, air conditioning, bedding, linens, towels, dishes, utensils, spices, hot plate, electric fry pan, electric tea pot, toaster, coffee pot, television, radio, dining table with 4 chairs and reading lights. Hot water outdoor, secluded garden shower. |
On weekends we will accept 1 night reservations but you may get bumped if we get a last minute call for a 2 night weekend reservation. |

Horse fee - our pens, your pens, tied to your trailer or on a picket line. It costs $10 per horse per night. We have 20 individual pens and 2 covered stalls. |

| We can accommodate 6 to 8 rigs with electrical hookups at this time. 2 of the spaces can fit Big Rigs up to 60 feet total length. |
| Weather permitting, extra dry camp spaces are available (no gravel, water or electricity). $20 per night plus horse fees. |
| Reservations suggested, last minute calls encouraged. This is a weather dependant riding site, so CALL US if the weather looks good! We probably have room for you. |

| Negative Coggins papers must accompany every horse. No exceptions! |

| We can now accommodate rigs up to 60 feet long, but the total number of rigs we can fit in is dependant on the sizes of the rigs and the weather forecast. |

| The McKinney Roughs equestrian entrance is 2 1/2 miles up Pope Bend Road, back towards Highway 71. If your rig is on one of our hookups, we ferry you to and from the park. |
| McKinney Roughs discount daily ride tickets are available from us for $5 per horse/rider. The usual price is $10 per day. |
| Gas and Convenience Store 3 1/2 miles away. Groceries, laundry, Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, feed store and restaurants are 13 miles east in Bastrop or 20 miles west in Austin. |
